The company is run by its board and a group of advisors.
The board sets the direction of the company and holds the land. The advisors bring strategy, brand, law, and accounting, and work with the board from the first plan to the opening of each place. Decisions are taken by a small group that meets often, which is what an owner-developer needs when a site moves from planning into permitting and construction.

- Youngjun Han
- Acting chief executive. Formerly brand designer at GS Retail and senior designer at LG Group; member of the UK chapter of the National Unification Advisory Council. PhD in design, Hongik University IDAS; MA in design, Goldsmiths.
- Younghoon Lee
- Director. Former chairman and chief executive of Dream Depot's chain division, and chief executive of Dream Office. MPA, Dankook University.
- Sunhye Lee
- Advisor, strategy. Professor of international business strategy at the University of Surrey; formerly Loughborough University, Deutsche Bank, and HSBC. PhD, Warwick Business School.
- Jungho Suh
- Advisor, brand. Professor of media and communication at Gachon University and outside director of YTN; advisor to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries. PhD in film and visual arts, Yonsei University.
- Sanghoon Lee
- Advisor, investment. Head of department, Macro Investment Division 3, KR Investment & Securities. Studied business administration in Switzerland.
- Ansu Yang
- Advisor, accounting. Chief executive of Jiwoo Accounting Corporation; formerly in the tax divisions of EY Han Young and KPMG Samjong. MBA and BBA, Seoul National University.
